Vegetables are grown without pesticides in the land of Kyushu and grow naturally in clean mountains and rivers.
Meat is carefully raised with attention to quality feed and environment, such as Yasaki Beef, a black Japanese beef raised on Kagamiyama Farm in Miyazaki Prefecture, and “Koufuku Pork”, raised on Fukudome Small Farm in Kagoshima Prefecture.
Seafood is carefully selected, mainly wild caught in Kyushu, and freshly sourced from trusted fish market.
Our owner-chef is particular about his pasta, which is made from carefully selected Kyushu wheat.
We offer a variety of traditional Italian pastas with a Japanese essence and a twist.
We offer a wide variety of Italian wines, including aperitifs and after-dinner drinks, as well as wines to pair with meals.
