Meat is carefully raised with attention to quality feed and environment, such as, a black Japanese beef raised in Kagoshima Prefecture, and “Koufuku Pork”, raised on Fukudome Small Farm in Kagoshima Prefecture.
Seafood is carefully selected, mainly wild caught in Kyushu, and freshly sourced from trusted fish market.
