Concept

Italian cuisine
with a feel of the four seasons
of the Kyushu district

The Kyushu district, located in the South western part of Japan,
is surrounded by four seas
(Pacific Ocean, Sea of Japan, Seto Inland Sea, East China Sea).
Furthermore, it is one of the most volcanic areas in Japan,
so it is a rare region blessed with abundant water, soil, and mountains.

The best quality seafood are landed here,
because high quality minerals flow from the mountains to the sea.
Kyushu, the land of gourmet food,
is a treasure trove of delicious ingredients,
abundant in vegetables, meat and seafood.

Here, we serve
fresh ingredients from Kyushu,
based on Italian food with the essence of Japanese cuisine.
Please enjoy to the fullest a cuisine
what you can only have here with our seasonal fresh ingredients.

Message

My origin lies in pasta, which I have loved since my childhood.
I always looked for reaching to perfect the art of making pasta,
and that is my path for Italian cuisine.
The more I got to know traditional Italian cuisine,
he more fascinated I became.

My hometown Kyushu is a treasure trove of ingredients that we can be proud of.
I want to deliver the thoughts and feelings of the producers who deliver our ingredients in a way that only I can.
That’s how I reached my path to Italian cuisine where I can express the seasons of Kyushu and use ingredients that can only be found here.

Connection with customers,
connection with producers,
and connection with nature.
We will deliver our courses that value all these connections.

Bekk, Koji Suganuma
